Good afternoon to everyone that work in the very very very very very wonderful Hungry Howie'S Customer Center.I do hope that all of yous are doing ok smile. Also I do hope that all of yous will have a very wonderful work day and night.In ending I just want to tell all of yous that your two Employees that I am going to state below were so very very Professional Helpful and very very Caring to my very very Good friends that had called in to oder some Pizzas etc.Below are the two Employees names.

I want to be clear, I am talking about the Hungry Howies off Jefferson in 48045.
EVERYTIME, I order from here, my order is made fresh, correct, delicious, and just how I want it.
Their cs is above and beyond. For xmas last year, I got a picture with Santa's brother, "Howie" Clause. So cool. And everyone is always nice and friendly- much unlike the groesbeck store (AVOID THE GROESBECK STORE AT ALL COST - THEY ARE HORRIBLE.)
However, the Jefferson location gets it right everytime. They are so fast with deliveries. They are safe - wearing masks.
I order from them so much and everytime is delicious. Thanks guys!!!

Amanda and the team on S. Groesbeck Clinton Township MI 48036 are beyond a disappointment. I would describe both experiences with the store as hostile, uncaring, rude, and completely unprofessional.
Amanda, the manager, has hung up on me when I was calling in that they messed up my order. She proceeded to tell me off and then try to con me into giving her more money for fixing their mistake. Eventually, she got so hostile she said "if you don't like it, don't come here."
My second experience was me trying to give them and her a second chance. This time I called it in and explained to her exactly how I wanted it. I heard a lot of "ummm huh, yep, sure, ok, gotcha." But when I received my order it was made wrong again.
For the second time I called the corporate complaint line and spoke with Andrea. She assured me that she would make a report and have the store call me (again) to make this right.... And for the 2nd time, going on 4 weeks now waiting for a call that I bet will never come.
Avoid this location at all cost. The food taste so bad. They don't care how you order it, it is their way or go somewhere else. Unprofessional and shouldn't be in business like this.

In ending I just want to say that the Hungry Howie Pizza Delivery Man name Tyler was so very Professional Helpful and very very Caring when he delivered our very very very very very delicious Pizzas to our house and all of us say very very JOB WELL DONE ok smile.
